Our experience with MadaAssist in Madagascar was fantastic. Two friends and I traveled together, and from the very first moment, we felt very safe, supported, and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. We especially want to highlight the kindness and friendliness of the entire team, who were always willing to help us and ensure our well-being. And, above all, we want to give a special mention to Antsa, one of our guides. He was an exceptional person to us: kind, polite, respectful, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He treated us wonderfully and undoubtedly made our experience in Madagascar even more special. We have a beautiful memory of him and are very grateful for the treatment we received. Our only suggestion for improvement is that we believe it would be important to consider language when assigning guides. In our case, we don't speak French, and with some of the guides we had, it was difficult to communicate in English, which at times made it quite challenging to understand each other. For travelers who don't speak French, we believe it would be ideal to have guides with a good level of English. Otherwise, we highly recommend MadaAssist. We felt safe, well cared for, and very well accompanied, and we have wonderful memories of both Madagascar and the people we met during the trip.

Wonderful experience. Our driver waited for us outside the airport even though our flight was 3.5 hours late. He took us to our destination and even made sure we found the right hotel room. I recommend him!

Excellent service. Driver met me with a sign at arrivals, helped me exchange money and got me safely to my hotel.

I prebooked a taxi from an airport to city center. You start off by talking to a bot, but they quickly switch to a person who gives you a quotation in no time. Everything works smoothly. I'd recommend it and I will most likely use it again.
