I used MadaAssist for the pick up at the Ivato international airport, and the exploration the city of Mahajanga for 3 days. Both went perfectly well. It was the first time we used MadaAssist and we got a full satisfaction of their services. They sent me a list of local providers, the one I picked were very professional. The prices were competitive. I would use MadaAssist again for my next cost of Madagascar.

I booked a driver through MadaAssist for an 8 day trip. They helped with an itinerary, finding a driver, and their communication was brilliant throughout. They also helped with finding guesthouses in places where it was more difficult to find listings online, and were on hand throughout to answer any questions. Really recommend them!

Very incredible service if you are visiting Madagascar for the first time, cannot recommend enough. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp to coordinate drivers, guides, and tours that were tailored to our specific interests as nature photographers. Their quick response time and reliability saved us so much travel stress, allowing us to focus our energy on seeing more of this beautiful country and its extraordinary wildlife.

I highly recommend MadaAssist to well just that, assist you finding something fun to do. They were able to get me a personalised bike tour through Antananarive with a private guide in just one day, and for a fair price.

Booking and communication with MadaAssist was very good. When I arrived, driver was there with my name as agreed. On the driver side there is room for some improvement (comparing to a 5 star EU uber experience) but I arrived smoothly from A to B in Madagascar which was the idea. Will use again.

Great boat tour from Nosy Be to visit the lemurs, boa constrictor snakes, chameleon, and other animals. Included a delicious lunch with fish, crab, shrimp and beef. Snorkled for and hour before heading back.

First class transfer service provided by MadaAssist from Nosy Be airport to my hotel.

Driver got us through the chaos outside the airport and got us on our way. He sorted the bag’s unfortunately though the car did break down but the driver got another car in about 10 minutes and got us to our hotel with no other incidents. I would definitely use them again.

What an incredible trip to Nosy Iranja! MadaAssist took the stress out of everything even the stress of finding and carrying cash around, as we could pay them online. They were in contact all the time and even phoned our guide when we got a little lost on the beach 🤭 We had a fantastic lunch, and our guide spoke English and made sure we were having a memorable day. We will definitely use them again.

I used their services for one week and they were very helpful even after I had to make changes in the plan nearly three times.What I don't like is that when I had to cancel my last day in a hotel,they charged me 75% instead of returning the full amount.Before I booked with them I had to cancel three times three different hotels that I booked on my own via booking.com because of changes in my plans and the hotels refunded me the full amount although they were not supposed to do it.MadaAssist could have been easily avoided it.I did it as an individual tourist let alone a travel agency like MadaAssist.What I sensibly guess is that they could had easily asked for the money back from the hotel and kept it for them.Can they prove the opposite?

Very easy and efficient service! I indicated interest online and moments later got a WhatsApp response. Within 30 minutes I had 2 offers for airport transfers, I chose one and booked it. The driver was right there when I exited baggage claim - super nice guy who spoke English and gave me some great info about the area. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Great service overall -- even at the last minute (less than an hour from booking to the driver's arrival for a half-day excursion)!

We used MadaAssist for a car transfer from Mahajanga to Antananarivo. The booking process was very easy, and everything went smoothly. Our driver arrived on time at our hotel. Dina, our driver, was very kind and professional, and the journey felt very safe despite heavy rain and occasional fog. Overall, it was a good experience. The only aspect we did not anticipate was the duration of the transfer. Due to the weather conditions, the journey took 21 hours, and everyone was very tired upon arrival at our final destination.
