We used MadaAssist for a car transfer from Mahajanga to Antananarivo. The booking process was very easy, and everything went smoothly. Our driver arrived on time at our hotel. Dina, our driver, was very kind and professional, and the journey felt very safe despite heavy rain and occasional fog.
Overall, it was a good experience. The only aspect we did not anticipate was the duration of the transfer. Due to the weather conditions, the journey took 21 hours, and everyone was very tired upon arrival at our final destination.

. The car was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The driver was very friendly and provided plenty of information throughout the day.

However, I was slightly disappointed with the duration of the service: the outing was scheduled from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, but the return to the hotel was brought forward to around 3:30–4:00 pm, as the driver had another fare at 6:30 pm and preferred to ensure he met his deadline. Arriving at the hotel at 4:00 pm when the day was supposed to end at 6:00 pm was not ideal.

Overall, a good experience, but the adherence to the agreed-upon time could be improved.
