Nous avons finalement réservé avec eux deux 4WD avec chauffeur pour trois jours à andasibe et dix jours pour Morondava, Tsingy et Belo sur mer. Les chauffeurs, Rojo et Louis, étaient excellents, rapides mais très „safe“, ponctuels. Les voitures étaient en très bon état et nettoyé chaque jour. Vraiment que du positif. Je réutiliserai Mada Assist sans hésiter une seconde.

Great service provided through Mada Assist. The car I rented was delivered on time and the drop off was also as smooth as can be. The KIA Sorento that I rented was an excellent choice for the sometimes challenging roads on Nosy Be.

I rented a car with a driver-guide in Madagascar with madaassist! Our driver Herio spoke English perfectly, gave great explanations, and was polite and respectful. We never got bored on the road, and he drives very well! He knows every itinerary thoroughly. We spent our holiday in Madagascar from July 19 to August 11, 2026. We got in touch with MadaAssist via the internet, and they helped us out perfectly with arranging a car with a driver. We traveled from Toliara to Anatanarivo in 15 days, visiting all the nature parks along our route. We were very satisfied with the car provided (SsangYong Rexton) and the driver. Our driver, Romeo, turned out to be not only a reliable and careful driver but also an excellent guide. He spoke very good English, in addition to French and Malagasy. He truly knew everything about Madagascar and knew good local guides at every place we visited. He also arranged several excellent hotels for us in places that were not listed on Booking.com. He was there every day with a big smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend MadaAssist. And be sure to ask for Romeo!

I booked a private tour with an english speaking driver. MadaAssist provided me with a driver that didn't speak english. Not only that but a driver that had never given a tour before. I was put in danger by them. My car also broke down for two days and they refused to arrange new transportation so I had to hitch hike across madagascar to continue my tour. They were unresponsive, unhelpful and didn't give me what I paid for. Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a tour agency. Do not use them.

We’re a couple who have just returned from a wonderful day trip from Antananarivo, out to Andasibe and back to see lemurs and chameleons. MadaAssist organised everything, starting with pickup and drop off back to our hotel, and a visit to three venues that were all amazing: Mitsinjo Park (for lemurs in the wild), Vakona Reserve (also called Lemur Island – for lemurs again), and Peyrieras Reserve (for chameleons plus more). All three venues were amazing, at each an English-speaking guide was made available and all entrance fees taken care of. Our driver was awesome as well – he had to do a lot of driving as its 3-4 hours drive just to get to Andasibe. All we needed to do was bring water for ourselves, money for tips for the guides (which we were more than happy to give as each one gave us an amazing experience) and money for lunch (we had an awesome pizza in Andasibe). A huge thank you to MadaAssist who made the whole booking process easy, contacted us prior to the day to reassure us all was on track and followed us up afterwards to make sure we were happy. This was a totally seamless experience. Thank you everybody we communicated with at MadaAssist!

La voiture avec chauffeur de MadaAssist étaient déplorables. Le chauffeur a volé de l'argent et s'est saoulé deux nuits de suite (ce qu'il a avoué). Les freins et ammortisseurs de la voiture étaient en très mauvais état et l'assurance plus valable, nous a dit la police! Pourtant nous avions roulé avec d'autres voitures au Madagascar, sans problème ! Après quelques messages de notre part MadaAssist a gentillement répondu et rien fait. Ils devraient s'appeler MadaNonAssist.

We hadden onze auto met chauffeur in Madagascar via internet geboekt bij Mada-Assist en daar hebben we beslist geen spijt van. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Na een vlucht van Antananarivo naar Tulear reden we langs de mooie natuurparken in 15 dagen terug naar Antananarivo. Onze chauffeur, Romeo, bleek niet alleen een betrouwbare en voorzichtige rijder, maar ook een uitstekende gids. Hij sprak heel goed Engels, naast Frans en Malagassisch. Hij wist werkelijk alles over Madagascar en kende op iedere plek waar we waren goede lokale gidsen. Hij regelde ook enkele uitstekende hotels voor ons, op plekken waar die niet op Booking.com stonden. Hij was er iedere dag met een grote smile. Nooit was iets teveel. We kunnen MadaAssist dus van harte aanbevelen. En vraag dan naar Romeo!

Thank you! We were met at the airport timeously by our driver, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he had to wait about 2 hours for us as our luggage was stuck in the plane. This took a long while to sort out but he waited patiently, letting my husband sit in the car as it was very hot. Thank you for your assistance!😊

Have used them recently for an airport transfer in Antananarivo. There was a person at the airport entrance waiting for us with the name display, later he introduced to the driver. The car was in good condition and the driver was friendly. I have another trip booked with them in Nosybe, hoping for a good transfer as well. Overall I felt it was easy to book through their WhatsApp platform, the customer service team is quick in their response. No hassle with bargaining, and I felt their prices are quite reasonable compared to the other operators. Overall it was a good reliable service. Recommendation: I would have preferred if there was air-conditioning offered by the driver, but we did not request him either, you can feel the smoke and dust of the place.
